What is Shorin-Ryu Karate?
An authentic style of traditional Okinawan karate-do, as it has been
practiced for centuries.
Its emphasis is the kata or forms, which are
the essence of karate. Through dedicated training, the student will build strength,
stamina, flexibility, balance and agility over time.
As the student grows and
develops as a martial artist, the training will also reveal the mental and
philosophical aspects of karate, which are essential to a deep understanding
of the art.
